On or before October 2, 2009, the Receiver shall propose a method for allocating the actual c osts of the Receivership to specific assets. Any Party that opposes the Receiver's response shall file an opposition memorandum on or before October 16, 2009. If the Receiver determines that a reply is necessary to any opposition memorandum that may be filed, the Rceiver shall file a reply on or before October 23, 2009.
