IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, to the extent Honda intends its request to dismiss particular paragraphs of Plaintiffs' Complaint as a Rule 12(f) motion to strike, such a motion is DENIED WITH PREJUDICE. To the extent Honda intends to request as a Rule 12(e) motion for a more definite statement, such a motion is likewise DENIED WITH PREJUDICE, and as more fully stated in said Memorandum Opinion.
