Respondents. ) ) ) ) ) ) ) 2:15-cv-1610 MEMORANDUM Cody D. Wunder, an inmate at the State Correctional Institution at Greene has presented a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. According to the petition, Wunder was convicted upon a plea of guilty to charges of second degree murder, robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary at No. 4643-2012 in the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. This sentence was imposed on August 15, 2013. It is provided in 28 U.S.C.
