T MOBILE, ATT, andVerizon, Defendants. MCSHANE, Judge: Plaintiff, prose, filed a complaint against T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon'on July 28, 2014. Pl.'s Compl. 1-5, ECF No. 1. On August 1, 2014, this Court issued an opinion dismissing plaintiffs complaint for failure to state a claim. Order 1-3, ECF No. 6. In consideration of plaintiffs pro se status, this Court granted plaintiff until September 2, 2014 "to file an amended complaint the deficiencies identified." ld. at 3. 1 not taken additional action since that time. Accordingly, because plaintiff failed to comply with this Court's order, ECF No. 6, this action is dismissed without prejudice for failure to prosecute. IT IS SO ORDERED.
