REDDEN, Judge: On May 6, 2011, Magistrate Judge Dennis Hubel filed his Findings and Recommendation (doc. 20) that the court reverse the decision of the Commissioner of Social Security and remand for further development of the record and reconsideration by an Administrative Law Judge ("AL1"). The matter is now before this court. 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l)(A); Fed. R. Civ. P. 72(b). PAGE I - OPINION AND ORDER Neither party timely filed objections.
