HAGGERTY, District Judge: Magistrate Judge Papak referred to this court a Findings and Recommendation [30] in this matter. T h e Magistrate Judge recommends that petitioner Willie L. Wade's Petition for Writ o f Habeas Corpus [2] b e denied and dismissed with prejudice. No objections were filed, and the case was referred to this court. I -ORDER The matter is now before me pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 6 3 6 ( b ) ( l ) ( B ) and Federal Rule o f Civil Procedure 72(b). When no timely objection is filed, the court need only satisfY i t s e l f that there is no clear error on the face o f the record i n order to accept the recommendation o f the Magistrate Judge. Campbell v. United States Dist. Ct., 501 F.2d 196 (9th Cir. 1974). No clear error appears on the face o f the record. This court adopts the Findings and Recommendation in its entirety.
