Opinion and Order. Defendants' Motion to Dismiss plaintiffs' Second Amended Complaint 71 is granted in part and denied in part. Plaintiffs' claim for "Breach of Contract" is dismissed, pursuant to plaintiffs' related concessions. The motion to dismiss is denied in all other respects.
