ORDER
Now before the Court is a motion by pro se Plaintiff for an extension of time to comply
with the October 16, 2013 deadline set forth in Doc. 9 and prior Court Orders. In those Orders,
Plaintiff was directed to file a civil cover sheet on or before that date or face the possible
dismissal of this case. See id.
For good cause shown, the motion is GRANTED and Plaintiff is afforded an extension
of 30 days from the issuance of this Order (i.e., on or before November 18, 2013) in which to
file his civil cover sheet. He is again ADVISED that his failure to timely do so may result in the
dismissal of his case.
