Newman (Consent Case) : ORDER This is a consent case for which the Court, on October 23, 2013, held a status conference by telephone with counsel for both sides. Eric Kjellander and Lynnette Dinkler appeared on behalf of Plaintiff, and Walter Reynolds appeared on behalf of Defendants. Counsel for both sides discussed Plaintiff’s unopposed Motion for Extension of the Discovery Deadline and All Other Deadlines. Doc. 39. For good cause shown, and because the motion remains unopposed, this request is GRANTED and the Calendar is SO MODIFIED. This case, therefore, shall proceed as follows: Discovery Deadline: January 21, 2014; and Dispositive Motions Deadline: February 21, 2014. A status conference is scheduled for February 24, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. The Court will schedule a final pretrial conference and trial dates, if appropriate, following the Court’s ruling on summary judgment.
