Specifically, the Court upholds the denial of Plaintiff's December 1, 2015 application for benefits but reverses the denial of Plaintiff's January 27, 2017 application for benefits as arbitrary and capricious. The Court ORDERS that Defendants pay to Plaintiff partial disability benefits for the period from January 16, 2017 through January 28, 2017. This case shall be TERMINATED on the Courts docket.
