Unless directed to the contrary by the Court of Appeals, this Court will entertain no further filings by Petitioner in this matter. Finally, the Court DECLINES to iss ue a certificate of appealability and CERTIFIES that any appeal of this order will not be taken in good faith, and any application to appeal in forma pauperis will be DENIED.
