Court Description: ORDER granting 36 Motion for Attorney Fees. For the foregoing reasons, plaintiffs motion for attorney's fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b) in the amount of $44,751.90 is GRANTED. Upon receipt of this sum, counsel for plaintiff shall refund the previously awarded $5,980.75 in attorney's fees, under the EAJA, directly to Mr. Sink.
