To the extent not specifically addressed, the arguments are either moot or without merit. For the reasons explained above, the petitioner's motio n to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 is denied. The Clerk is directed to close No. 33 in the criminal docket (No. 17-cr-298), to close all pending motions on the civil docket (No. 19-cv-8711), and to close the civil docket. The Court declines to issue a certificate of appealability because the petitioner has failed to make a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c).
