The Court has considered all of the arguments raised by the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed, the arguments are eit her moot or without merit. The plaintiff's FLSA claims are dismissed with prejudice. The plaintiff's NYLL claims are dismissed without prejudice because the Court declines to exercise jurisdiction over those claims. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment accordingly. The Clerk is also directed to close all pending motions and to close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge John G.
