Defendants move to dismiss Plaintiff's causes of action for replevin, conversion, and trespass on the ground that Plaintiff c annot have a property right in domain names or social media accounts. Defendants also move to dismiss Plaintiff's breach of fiduciary duty cause of action for failing to state a claim. (As further set forth in this Order.)
