Court Description: OPINION re: 171 MOTION for Summary Judgment filed by Donald Cohen, Steven Cohen. For the foregoing reasons, the Court concludes that the Cohen Defendants have demonstrated that there are no genuine issues of material fact and that t hey are entitled to judgment as a matter of law. Accordingly, Defendants' motion for summary judgment (dkt. no. 171) is hereby GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court shall terminate Defendants Steve Cohen and Defendant Donald Cohen from this case.
