(#12) is hereby withdrawn.
IT IS FURTHER STIPULATED that Plaintiff shall withdraw his Motion for Leave to
File the Second Amended Complaint (#17).
Amended Complaint, which is attached to the Motion for Leave to Amend, and that the same
