Dey shall recover of and from Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company compensatory damages in the total amount of $229,400.50, subject to a credit in favor of Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, in the amount of $37,000.00 pursuant to the Court’s January 22, 2014, Order Granting Defendant’s Motion for Credit [94], resulting in a total amount owed to Plaintiff of $192,400.50. Based on the foregoing, IT IS, FURTHER, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is rendered in favor of Plaintiff Daniel F. Dey, and he shall recover of and from Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company compensatory damages in the total amount of $192,400.50.
