Avery is hereby ordered to personally appear before this Court on June 1, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at the United States Court House, Courtroom 13E, 300 South Fourth Street, M inneapolis, Minnesota to show cause, if any, why a contempt of court order should not be entered adjudging the corporation through its principal John S. Avery in civil contempt of this Court for continuing to refuse to produce fringe benefit reports for the period of July, 2008 through February, 2009 correctly identifying hours worked by employees for that period, and that it should show cause why John S.
