Accordingly; IT IS ORDERED that the unopposed “Motion for Summary Judgment” (Doc. No. 265) filed by Defendant, Gardner Denver, Inc., be and is hereby GRANTED, dismissing Plaintiff’s claims against Gardner Denver, Inc. with prejudice.
