The real property located at 3914 Utica Pike, Jeffersonville, Indiana is owned equally by Dennis R. Wiliams and Leslie Ann Williams, and, therefore, the USA holds valid and subsisting federal tax liens for the text debts described above against one half of such real property. The federal tax liens shall be enforced through the judicial sale of the entire real property located at 3914 Utica Pike, Jeffersonville, In diana, free and clear of all rights, titles, liens, claims and interests of the parties hereto. The distribution of the proceeds of such sale, after the payment of the reasonable costs of sale and any real estate taxes due and owing to Clark County, Indiana, shall be determined by further order of this Court.
