Plaintiff took no action on the matter. On February 18, 2011, this Court again reminded Plaintiff that she must pay the filing fee and serve Defendants. Plaintiff was granted until March 4, 2011 to accomplish these requirements and was warned that the failure to pay the fee and serve Defendants would result in dismissal of this action for failure to prosecute. As of the date of this Order, Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee nor is there any indication that she has attempted to serve Defendants.
