Plaintiff may file a First Amended Complaint that includes only the allegations relating to Count III, hostile wo rk environment in violation of Title VII, Count IV, violation of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and Count V, retaliation in violation of the Rehabilitation Act. Any allegations regarding plaintiffs proposed Bivens claim shall not be included. Plai ntiff shall have until July 5, 2017 to file a revised First Amended Complaint that comports with this Order.
