Further ordered that, within thirty days of the approval of the stipulation, the United States Department of Agriculture shall pay Cross & Kearney PLLC $120,000.00 in attorneys' fees, costs, and expenses, and Stein, Mitchell, Cipollone & Beato, LLP $10,000.00 in attorneys' fees.
