MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. Counts One, Three, and Five are dismissed without prejudice as therein set forth. Counts Two and Four, all claims against Dr. Desrosiers in Count Five, any ADA claims, and all claims against Janet Laban, the DE Chapter of the ACLU, and the Community Legal Aid Society are dismissed without prejudice.
