The plaintiff shall return to Clerk original USM 285 form(s) for the remaining defendants Officer Faulkner, Office Fritz, Offic er Capodano, and Dr. Kendall, as well as for the Chief Executive Officer for New Castle County, DE, and the Chief Deputy Attorney General of the State of DE.
