Mix it is ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment #[27] is GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that final judgment is hereby entered in favor of Defendant Group Publishing, Inc. and against Plaintiff Eli Lawrence Bernard as to all claims.
