VACATED and RESET to February 12, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., in Courtroom 401, 4th floor,
Alfred A. Arraj United States Courthouse, 901 19th Street, Denver, Colorado. The parties shall
prepare a final pretrial order and submit it to the court no later than February 5, 2014. The trial
will be set at the final pretrial conference.
