Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 41.2, this case is administratively closed, with the exception hereafter provided, subject to reopening this case for good cause. If no motion is filed by 8/31/2010, final judgment will enter and this case will be terminated without further notice to any party. On or before 9/11/09, each party shall submit an appropriate pleading concerning whether it is entitled to an award of attorneys' fees and costs.
