Pursuant to Civil L.R. 16-10(c), Plaintiff GSI Technology, Inc. (“GSI”) and Defendant

Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (“Cypress”) jointly request a Case Management Conference
20
with the Court. In light of the complexities of this case, the parties would like to discuss the
21
schedule set forth in the Case Management Order entered on July 30, 2012 (Dkt. No. 32), in par-
22
ticular the deadlines for preparation of expert reports and the close of expert discovery, as well as
23
the preparation of a joint pretrial statement approximately five weeks before the close of expert
24
discovery and nearly two months before the deadline for filing dispositive motions. The parties
25
believe that a brief case management conference at this stage will help avoid future case man-
26
agement issues and further provide the Court with the opportunity to ask the parties any ques-
27
tions it may have regarding their respective assessments of the case.
