After reviewing the parties’ submissions, the Court DENIES, without prejudice, Apple’s 21 motion. The Court presumes that as officers of the court, the attorneys will comply with all pre22 trial and trial rulings in this case. If Samsung raises an argument based on evidence or theories 23 previously struck by the Court, Apple may timely object to Samsung’s closing argument. 24 IT IS SO ORDERED. 25 Dated: August 21, 2012 _________________________________ LUCY H.
