On August 3, 2012, Plaintiff filed a 22 Statement of Non-Opposition in response to each motion. Dkt. 81, 82. Accordingly, 23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT CSB and Shell’s respective motions for 24 summary judgment are GRANTED. The Clerk shall close the file and terminate all 25 pending matters. 26 27 28 IT IS SO ORDERED.
