Verizon 4 Communications Inc. et al., Case No. 09-CV-1823 (SBA), pursuant to Civil Local Rule 3-12; 5 6 7 8 9 WHEREAS, Plaintiffs’ response to Defendants’ Motion To Consider Whether Cases Should Be Related Pursuant To Civil Local Rule 3-12 is due to be filed on February 27, 2012.
