WHEREAS, by Order dated July 30, 2012 (Dkt. No. 17), the Court set a Case

WHEREAS, lead counsel for plaintiff Check Point Software Technologies, Inc. has

preexisting travel that she is unable to change and will be unable to attend the Case Management

Conference on August 31, 2012;
WHEREAS, the Parties are also engaged in discussions regarding a resolution to this
