Plaintiff filed this case on May 11, 2012. On May 22, 2012, the Court issued an Order

in which it scheduled the initial case management conference for August 24, 2012 and required

the parties to file a case management conference statement by August 17, 2012. It does not
19
appear that Plaintiff has served Defendant, and Plaintiff did not file a case management
20
conference statement on August 17, 2012. Accordingly, Plaintiff is HEREBY ORDERED TO
21
SHOW CAUSE by no later than August 24, 2012, why the Court should not dismiss this case
22
for failure to prosecute. The Court CONTINUES the case management conference from
23
August 24, 2012, to August 31, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.
