No. 6108), which was granted in part on August 21, 2012 (MDL Dkt. No. 17 6506); 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 WHEREAS the NEC Defendants separately filed a Motion to Dismiss the FAC (MDL Dkt. No. 6114), which was granted in part on August 21, 2012 (MDL Dkt. No. 6506); WHEREAS, all of the Stipulating CompuCom Defendants desire a reasonable amount of time to respond to Plaintiff’s FAC; and WHEREAS, the parties believe that proceeding on a unified response date will create efficiency for the Court and the parties.
