WHITE: 26 By and through their counsel, Plaintiff J & J Sports Productions, Inc. and Defendants George 27 Ferdinand Sarkissian and Louise Charmaine Sarkissian, hereby agree, stipulate, and respectfully 28 request that this Honorable Court continue the August 24, 2012 Case Management Conference for Case3:10-cv-01895-JSW Document50 Filed08/16/12 Page2 of 3 1 sixty (60) to ninety (90) days. The Parties mutually request a continuance of the Conference in order that defense counsel 2 3 may file its motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Defense counsel anticipates filing this motion 4 on/or before Friday, August 24, 2012, noticing a motion hearing date approximately thirty (30) days 5 thereafter. Although Plaintiff will not oppose defense counsel’s motion, counsel for the Parties 6 believe any ruling from the Honorable Jeffrey S. White on defense counsel’s motion would likely not 7 be forthcoming until approximately thirty (30) days after the noticed motion hearing date.
