The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has filed a Motion to Intervene in the present
19
action in light of the Los Angeles Superior Court proceedings in People v. Cox, No. A758447,
20
and People v. Sims, No. A591707. (Doc. No. 542.) Until this Court rules on the Motion or
21
otherwise orders, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office shall lodge forthwith copies of
22
documents and transcripts from April 2012 forward in the two state-court cases. Questions
23
about this lodging may be directed to the Court’s Death Penalty Staff Attorney assigned to this
24
action, George O. Kolombatovich, at g_o_kolombatovich@cand.uscourts.gov.
