WALT DISNEY 20TH CENTURY FOX STUDIOS, Defendant. 16 Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed the above-entitled action. The matter was referred to a 17 18 No. 2:23-cv-2328-TLN-AC United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Local Rule 302(c)(21). On October 18, 2023 the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations, which 19 20 were served on Plaintiff, and which contained notice to Plaintiff that any objections to the 21 findings and recommendations were to be filed within twenty-one days. (ECF No. 3.) Plaintiff 22 has not filed objections to the findings and recommendations. The Court presumes that any findings of fact are correct. See Orand v. United States, 602 23 24 F.2d 207, 208 (9th Cir. 1979). The magistrate judge’s conclusions of law are reviewed de novo. 25 See Britt v. Simi Valley Unified School Dist., 708 F.2d 452, 454 (9th Cir. 1983).
