Plaintiff submitted a 19 request to proceed in forma pauperis; however, it was incomplete. (ECF No. 2.) On June 9, 20 2016, the court directed plaintiff to file a completed in forma pauperis affidavit and a certified 21 copy of his prison trust account statement within thirty days, or face dismissal of this action. 22 (ECF No. 4.) The thirty day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not submitted the required 23 documents or responded to the court’s order. Thus the undersigned will recommend that this 24 action be dismissed without prejudice. 25 26 27 28 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall assign a district judge to this action. IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ.
