SISSON, et al., 15 Defendant. 16 Plaintiff, a prisoner proceeding pro se, brings this civil rights action pursuant to 42 17 18 U.S.C. § 1983. The matter was referred to a United States Magistrate Judge pursuant to Eastern 19 District of California local rules. On July 20, 2015, the Magistrate Judge filed findings and recommendations herein 20 21 which were served on the parties and which contained notice that the parties may file objections 22 within a specified time. No objections to the findings and recommendations have been filed. The court has reviewed the file and finds the findings and recommendations to be 23 24 supported by the record and by the Magistrate Judge’s analysis. 25 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 26 1. The findings and recommendations filed July 20, 2015, are adopted in full; 27 2. Defendants’ motion to dismiss (Doc. 23) is granted in part and denied in part; 28 /// 1 1 2 3 4 5 3. Defendants’ motion to dismiss the claims against defendant Dotson is granted, without leave to amend, and defendant Dotson is dismissed from this action; 4.
