The thirty day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s 21 order and has not filed an in forma pauperis affidavit or certified trust account statement. 22 23 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to assign a district judge to this case; and 24 IT IS RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. 25 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 26 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
