ORDER 15 / 16 Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed the above-entitled action. The matter was 17 referred to a United States Magistrate Judge under Local Rule 72-302(c)(21). 18 On August 31, 2012, the magistrate judge filed findings and recommendations, 19 which were served on plaintiff and which contained notice to plaintiff that any objections to the 20 findings and recommendations were to be filed within ten days. Plaintiff has filed objections and 21 amended objections to the findings and recommendations. 22 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Local Rule 7223 304, this court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
