ORDER and FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS GERTZ, et al., 15 Defendants. 16 Since the June 2015 settlement conference in this pro se prisoner action, plaintiff has been 17 18 granted multiple extensions of time to file an amended complaint. (ECF Nos. 94, 97, 99, 102 & 19 106.) Three times, plaintiff has been warned that “[n]o further extensions of time will be 20 granted.” (ECF Nos. 99, 102 & 106.) To date, plaintiff has not filed an amended complaint; 21 rather, he seeks another extension of time. (ECF No. 108.) 22 In light of the above, plaintiff has not shown good cause for another extension of time. 23 Thus his motion will be denied, and the undersigned will recommend dismissal of this action. 24 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff’s motion for extension of time 25 (ECF No. 108) is denied. 26 //// 27 //// 28 //// 1 1 2 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. Within fourteen days 5 after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file written objections 6 with the court.
