Defendant 21 Gonzalez filed objections to the findings and recommendations; plaintiff filed a reply to the 22 objections. 23 In accordance with the provisions of 28 U.S.C. ยง 636(b)(1)(C), Fed. R. Civ. P. 24 72(b), and Local Rule 304, this court has conducted a de novo review of this case.
