FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATIONS / 16 By order filed July 15, 2011, this court directed plaintiff to submit within twenty 17 one days either a completed application and affidavit in support of a request to proceed in forma 18 pauperis on the form provided by the Clerk of Court, or the appropriate filing fee. That time 19 period has now passed, and plaintiff has not filed a completed application or the filing fee. 20 21 22 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). These findings and recommendations will be submitted to the United States 23 District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within 24 fourteen days after being served with these findings and recommendations, plaintiff may file 25 written objections with the court.
