The thirty day 19 period has now expired, and plaintiff has not responded to the court’s order.1 20 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court assign a district court judge to this case; and 22 23 IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. 24 1 25 26 Although it appears from the file that plaintiff’s copy of the court’s June 20, 2011, order was returned, plaintiff was properly served. It is the plaintiff’s responsibility to keep the court apprised of his current address at all times.
