Plaintiff was 18 warned that failure to comply with the January 19, 2011 order would result in a recommendation 19 that this matter be dismissed. The thirty day period has now expired, and plaintiff has not 20 complied with the January 19, 2011 order. 21 22 23 24 25 26 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court assign a district court judge to this case; and IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. See Local Rule 110; Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(b). These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l).
