On April 4, 2011, the court granted 18 petitioner an extension of time to comply with the order. Petitioner has not filed an in forma 19 pauperis affidavit or paid the required filing fee. 20 21 Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED that this action be dismissed without prejudice. 22 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 23 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within twenty- 24 one days after being served with these findings and recommendations, petitioner may file written 25 objections with the court.
