FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATION / 15 16 Plaintiff has filed a second notice of intent not to file an amended complaint. 17 Accordingly, for the reasons stated in this court’s findings and recommendations, filed March 29, 18 2011,1 as adopted by the district court on April 13, 2011, IT IS HEREBY RECOMMENDED 19 that this action be dismissed. 20 These findings and recommendations are submitted to the United States District 21 Judge assigned to the case, pursuant to the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(l). Within 22 fourteen (14) days after being served with these findings and recommendations, any party may 23 file written objections with the court and serve a copy on all parties.
